WELDING

Our company is working with welders who are certified according to EN9606-1 and have years of experience. Welding masters are leading them supported by IWE

We use mainly steel according to EN 10025 in our production but we even work with wear-resistant steel and the welding combination of stainless steel and carbon steel. We produce parts with welding of wear-resistant layer. We use mainly processes of wire electrode (135, 136, 138) but we have more welders who can weld Wolfram electrode process in top quality.

Our welders are working with modern Fronius welding equipment. We can semi automate the process with welding tractor. We use turning tables to ease the rotating of product during welding. Our machinery has expanded by a welding robot through an EU tender.

We try to solve the labour supply with the help of our training workshop where trained welding masters pass on their knowledge to the younger generation.
