ENGINEERING PREPARATION

The technical preparing is carried out by mechanical engineers mostly. They have many years of experience in their profession. Welding, cutting and surface protection processes are controlled and supervised by specialists.

To support our manufacturing process’ we prepare documentation on a level of parts drawing by using documentation provided by the costumer. We create these documentations after we think through the detailed production process and includes the welding plan (welding map, WPS), instructions for surface treatment and order of operations.

During the work we keep in mind the highest level of realization of our costumer expectation and needs. We are open minded to consult at any stage of the manufacturing process and support our partners with our suggestions to carry out a more optimal, cost-effective production.

To prepare production drawings we typically use Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software.
