SURFACE TREATMENT

Our company has years of experience in the corrosion protection and coating processes.

We use standards like MSZ EN ISO 12944 / MSZ EN ISO 8501 / MSZ EN ISO 2409 in our processes.

Painting technologist is taking care of the compliance of the mentioned standards. We apply the prescription of our customers regarding coating systems. Because of variety of our product portfolio we have the possibility to use different painting systems which are working in different environments and industries like construction-, mining-, shipbuilding industry.

Surface preparing is made by shot blasting equipment with steel balls up to Sa 2 ½ surface quality.

Before painting we use high pressure cleaner and chemical degreasing.

To reach the layer thickness requested by customer we use Pneumatic, Airless, and Airmix technologies.

To control the requested quality, we can make adhesion and layer thickness tests.
